Scored a 105 on the TOEFL. How do u rank this? Will this be enough. The split is as follows

    I think it is enough, it has to be over 100 for elligibility.

    The score is good enough to clear cut-offs of most of the universities. If you are applying for TA then a speaking score of above 26 is helpful.
